IQC – Incoming Quality Control
Scope: motors, batteries, plastics, PCBs, chargers, packaging. Checks: dimensions, materials, spot-check, safety.
IPQC – In-Process Quality Control
Assembly stations & WIP. Checks: torque & fastening, electrical function, airflow, visual.
FQC – Final Quality Control
Suction (AW/kPa), runtime, noise (dB), safety, appearance, accessories. Sampling: AQL II – 0.65 / 1.0 / 2.5.
OQC – Outgoing Quality Control
Packaging, labeling, carton drop, pallet stability, container loading for transport-safe shipment.
